Hans Werner Müller supports the intention of the GDPR and explains: You can basically use our website without disclosing your identity to us. What personal data do we collect?​

1.       We collect, store, use, transmit or delete personal data from interested parties on our website, provided that you are with us via the contact form on the website, gfs. via a newsletter or by other means by letter, email or telephone and send us personal data (e.g. first and last name, address, email address, telephone number, subject).

2. We also collect personal data that is essential for the operation of our website. As our website is technically based on the content management system (CMS) WIX.com, it is important for you to know the data protection guidelines of WIX.com and to find out what data WIX.com collects, stores, uses, gfs. transmitted and to whom.

3. According to its own declaration, WIX.com complies with the GDPR. Find out (here) all the details about the security standards of WIX.com. Sections 8, 12 and 13 are particularly relevant to you. Note on 8.5 and 8.6.: We do not use any third-party apps on our website, except for Google Maps. If you have any concerns about using this app, you should refrain from using it. Furthermore, this website uses Google Analytics. Read the following explanations under 6.

5.     This website uses the WIX marketing tool 'ShoutOut' to send newsletters. Each recipient has the option of unsubscribing from the newsletter at any time. A link is clearly visible on the newsletter for this purpose. All personal data, such as surname and first name, as well as email address and gfs. Telephone numbers are then deleted from the newsletter contact database at WIX.com. Under no circumstances will personal data be passed on to third parties.

6.     This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
